Web App & SaaS Development

Web Application & SaaS Development

WebNesters builds custom web applications for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools, or an off-the-shelf product that does not fit. We take an idea or a messy manual process and turn it into software your team or customers log into every day.

We also run our own products β€” a patient management system (HealthNesters), an AI receptionist, and an HR management system (WebNest HR) β€” so we know what it takes to ship, host, and support software over the long run, not just hand over a prototype.

What we build

Custom Web Applications

Bespoke systems with user accounts, roles, and secure authentication, shaped around how your business actually runs.

SaaS Products

Multi-user software products with subscriptions, dashboards, and an architecture that scales as your customer base grows.

MVP Development

A lean first version that proves the idea with real users β€” launch-ready, not a throwaway prototype.

Dashboards & Admin Panels

Real-time data views and internal tools that replace spreadsheets and give your team one place to work.

Integrations & APIs

Connect the systems you already use β€” payments, CRMs, messaging, and third-party services β€” through clean, documented APIs.

Workflow & AI Automation

Automate the repetitive manual steps slowing your team down, including AI-assisted workflows where they genuinely help.

How we build software

01

Discovery & scoping

We define the problem, the users, and the smallest scope that delivers value, and put it in writing.

02

Architecture & design

We choose the stack, data model, and interface approach before writing production code.

03

Iterative build

Work ships in working increments you can click through, so feedback lands early rather than at the end.

04

Testing & QA

Critical flows are covered with automated tests so new releases do not break what already works.

05

Launch & iterate

We deploy, monitor, and keep improving the product as real usage shows what matters.

Why teams build with WebNesters

  • Lean scoping that focuses on what proves the idea, not on over-building
  • Work directly with the engineers who write the code
  • Architecture designed to scale as traffic and features grow
  • Automated testing built in, not bolted on at the end
  • Full code ownership after delivery
  • Experience shipping and supporting our own SaaS products

Frequently asked questions

What is an MVP and how long does it take to build?

A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your product that can prove the idea with real users. Web apps with custom functionality often take around 3–4 weeks for a focused first version; larger products are scoped and delivered in phases. We confirm a written scope and estimate after discovery.

Can you build a SaaS product from scratch?

Yes. We handle everything from data model and authentication to dashboards, billing integrations, and deployment, and we run our own SaaS products, so we understand the ongoing hosting and support side too.

Can you work on an existing codebase?

Often yes. We review the code first and tell you honestly whether it makes more sense to extend it or rebuild parts of it.

Do you build mobile apps?

Our focus is web applications, built to work well on phones as well as desktops. If you need a native iOS or Android app, tell us during discovery and we will say honestly whether it is a fit.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project is delivered and payment is complete, you have full ownership of the software, including the code, design assets, and associated accounts.

Do you test the software you build?

Yes. We use automated end-to-end and API tests on critical flows so each release is safer to ship. See our QA & test automation service for details.

Have a project or engineering problem?

Tell us what you’re building and we’ll come back with a clear scope, timeline, and technical approach. No commitment required to start the conversation.
